This is a powerful spell, best done on the first Friday after the New Moon. You will need a sheet of paper, a pen, rose petals, jasmine incense, and a pink or red candle. A rose quartz, ruby or garnet gemstone is optional. Light the candle and incense, relaxing completely. Think of all the qualities you desire in a lover, such as faithfulness and honesty. Write them down, being specific. Take as much time as you need, making sure every quality you desire os written down in a clear way. You get what you ask for!! When you are finished with the list, go outside leaving the candle and incense burning in safe containers. Look up at the sky and find a star that attracts you or appeals to you the most. Holding the rose petals and gemstones in your hands, visualize the starlight beaming down to fill your hands, infusing the petals with power. Say:

Star of love burning bright, aid me in my spell tonight. Unite my true love to me, as I will then it shall be.

Go back inside and sprinkle the rose petals around the base of the candle, and place the gemstone in front of it. Picture yourself as a bright flame that is attracting the person who is best for you. The call softly, "Hear me as I call to you, Come to me, my love so true!"

Trust that the universe will draw you and your love together when the time is right. Repeat this spell each month until true love finds you. Remember not to ever do a spell to force someone to love you against their free will.

Purple candle truth spell

Procedure:

Fill the cauldron half-full of water and place it on a table where you can see comfortably into it while seated. Light two purple candles and a good divinatory incense. Instructions: Cast your circle in your usual manner. Place the 4 white candles in a circle around your altar, at the 4 directional points, with the cauldron and pink candle in the center. Light each of the white candles, and then the pink one. On the slip of paper, write down some of the important qualities you are looking for in a mate (no names!). Place the paper with the herbs in the cauldron, and light them. As they burn, focus on your intent and repeat the chant below three times.
Let the candles burn out, and put the herb/paper ashes in the pouch. Carry it with you.

Sunday is a day for extending blessings, as the Sun's rays bless the Earth on this day. Spreading blessings was also one of the customs of the legendary fey, and it is something that you can do to extend your power outward. As an ongoing blessing spell, cut small bird shapes out of construction paper in your idle moments, and thread string through them so they can be hung. Write a cheerful word of blessing such as "hope," "love," or "luck" on each bird. If you wish, embellish each one by drawing details or gluing glitter on them. Then, whenever you go out-whether to walk in a park, visit a friend's house, shop at the mall, and so on-surreptitiously hang a string of birds in bushes or other secretive places. Know that your birds are acting as agents of your power, blessing any person who comes across them.

It is good to do this ritual before any other rituals are performed.

Sit or lay in a place where you will not be disturbed for at least five
minutes. Get comfortable. If you are sitting, you back should be straight.
Whether sitting or lying down, your arms and legs should not be crossed. If
sitting, rest your hands, palms down, in your lap. Your eyes should be closed.

Visualize a ball of beautiful, warm light surrounding your feet. If you can not
"see" the ball of light when you visualize it, that is okay. Just know that it
is there. truly know that if your powers of visualization were different, you
would be able to see it. The ball of golden warm light always brings peace and
total relaxation. Wherever the ball of light goes, tension departs. Let it go,
and as it goes, feel your feet filled with the warm, golden glow of peace and
total relaxation.

Now allow this ball to rise up your legs and up your torso. Then allow it to go
down your arms to your fingers, and finally up your neck and into your head
until you are completely covered with the warm, golden glow of total peace and
relaxation, and all tension is gone. If you notice tension anywhere, send the
ball of light there and the tension will vanish.

Stay in this state of deep relaxation for a few moments. Know that you can
return to this state whenever you like simply by doing the relaxation ritual.
If you are having trouble sleeping, try this instead of suffering or taking
dangerous pills. Be at one with yourself.

It is important not to go from a state of deep relaxation into total alertness;
the effectiveness of this ritual would be lost. when you are ready to come out
of this state of deep relaxation, take three deep breaths and feel fresh life
and energy coming into your body with each breath. be sure to record your
experiences.
